This site is not for strickly for personal web sites. It is open as well to businesses. So if your a buisness owner please contact me personally for further pricing options. As yours is different from a personal site. The only thing that will be the same for you as it is the personal sites is the hosting price alone. Reason being is yours are more detailed and involved. Plus you might not even need as much as a personal site. So please contact me for the offical quote.

Hosting

I am now offering full domain names (ie yourdomain.com/.net/.org).

The difference between a subdomain and a full domain name is simple. A subdomain is a name that will include persueyourpassionz.com (ie yourdomain.persueyourpassionz.com). A full domain will not include our site name in it (ie yourdomain.com).

The cost for this is $40/year for hosting. This includes:
5GB of space
5 email accounts
1 ftp account (we can discuss more if needed)
Unlimited bandwidth

1 domain name (yourdomain.com, .net, .org, etc).

We can discuss more space, email accounts, ftp accounts, etc if needed. We are pretty flexible as long as you are willing to work with us as well.

Coding & Hosting

For the above and for the coding of your site is as follows:
$60 for the first year - $40 for each year following. This is providing you maintain the site yourself.

The 60 dollars covers the pages needed for the site as well as up to 10 tutorials. (this does NOT include layouts - see our cutom area for this).
If you have more then 10 tutorials we then can discuss on a personal matter how many you have and how much extra it will be.

If you want to maintain your site - here is something we give you for coding and hosting your area. I have tutorials that I have gotten together to teach you how to maintain your area. I do strongly suggest you have some kind of html knowledge however it isn't required. I will "HELP" you along the way but I will NOT DO IT FOR YOU! If you want me to do it for you please check below.

Coding, Hosting, & maintaining

For coding and hosting prices please check above.
For maintaining - this is on a monthly basis and also depending on what is needed to be done. If this includes changing the layouts monthly and adding your new stuff each time etc, then I will price according on what is needed. This isn't something I can tell you a price for as of right now. This is something that will need to be discussed per month and per person.
